COMPLAINTS

Procedure

If you have a complaint about your order or with regard to the service, you can file your complaint over the telephone or via email. Ylva B.V. will give a substantive reaction to your complaint as soon as possible and within 7 days after receiving the complaint at the latest.

You will not receive a confirmation of receipt regarding your complaint, but you will receive a substantive reaction to your complaint as soon as possible.

 

"Are you not satisfied with the way your complaint was dealt with? Then you can present your objection to the Arbitration Committee Thuiswinkel, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP at The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also present your complaint to the Arbitration Committee via the Europees ODR Platform."
