What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders from Ylva & Dite are processed every working day and delivered from stock. Supplying products from stock, allows for the products to be quickly delivered. Ylva & Dite strive to deliver the ordered products to you within two working days. For international orders we depend op international couriers. They determine the time of arrival. We will hand over the product normally within two days


What do I do if I am not satisfied with an item?

The reflection period for the Ylva & Dite products is 14 days. The reflection period starts at the moment that you, as a consumer, have received all items in the order. Within this period of time, you can view the item and determine whether you wish to keep it. If you do not wish to keep the item, you can return it. For more information, see right of withdrawal/returning.

Can I return my product if the seal is broken?

Any items delivered in sealed condition cannot be returned if the seal was broken, for hygiene and safety reasons.

In which ways can I pay?

There are different payment options at Ylva & Dite:

  • iDEAL
  • Credit card (American Express, Mastercard, VISA)
  • Bancontact/Mister Cash
  • Giropay
  • Sofort
  • Afterpay

Will my packages be delivered at the neighbours’?

Packages are never delivered at neighbours’, but only at the address indicated. If no one is available to receive the package, after the second time the package will be delivered at a DHL Service point.

What will the package look like?

All products that are shipped via Ylva & Dite are placed in neutral packaging. Thus no one can identify the content of the package and this way Ylva & Dite guarantees discrete delivery. 

Can I collect my order?

It is possible to collect your order at the service point (if this option is available in the check-out) you selected. It is not possible to collect your package at the Ylva & Dite office.
